and daily tracking of the performance of our credentialers, Optima
Professional Services meticulously pursues the timely and accurate
processing of your required verifications with a focus on systematic
organization and communication with clients. All completed files
are electronically packaged and sent via secure access to our health
plan partners.
Detailed Process Reporting
Optima Professional Services will create and maintain a summary credentialing
report for each provider, electronically submit the documents to
the credentialing committee, and can adapt the credentialing process
to each of our clients based on the specific information required.
Each client has 24/7 access to our menu of reports, all primary source
verification documents, and summary reports for each provider submitted
for primary source verification.
Committed Account Management
Optima Professional Services tracks re-credentialing deadlines for
each of our clients beginning 180 days in advance of the targeted
re-credentialing timeline with notification to the health plan. Optima
Professional Services is focused on quality and accuracy and performs
routine quality assurance reviews and compliance audits based on
NCQA guidelines
