Darren Swenson, M.D.

Darren Swenson, M.D., age 43. Dr. Swenson is a founding partner and the CEO for Optima Credentialing Inc. since 2009, and was named Chairman and Director in 2011. Dr. Swenson is the visionary and architect of the Optima Virtual Office for credentialing, licensing and data repository services. In his role as CEO, he is responsible for the planning and execution of Optima's operations, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and business development. Dr. Swenson completed his medical degree in 1998 at Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his post graduate internship training in Surgery in 1999 and Internal Medicine residency training in 2002 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. Darren and his wife live in Las Vegas with their 2 children.


Michael Pendleton, ESQ

Michael Pendleton, Esq., age 47. Michael is the CEO and General Counsel for Desert Orthopaedic Center and related entities. Desert Orthopaedic Center is the largest and oldest orthopaedic group in southern Nevada with 19 orthopaedic surgeons. Michael is responsible for the practice, its surgery center, and real estate holdings. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1989. Michael went on and earned his juris doctorate from the University of Arizona in 1992 graduating with honors. Michael and Sherry, his wife have been married for 27 years and have three children.


Dix Jarman

Dix Jarman, age 48. Dix is the President and CEO of Sunburst Shutters, Inc. Sunburst Shutters is the largest shutter company in North America, with a manufacturing facility in Wausau, Wisconsin and 48 retail stores in 22 states. Dix runs the day-to-day operations of Sunburst Shutters from its headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dix received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University. Dix also serves on the Board of Directors of the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Dix and his wife Kaleen have been married for 25 years and have 4 children.


Bob Janacek

Bob Janacek, age 46. Bob has over 11 years of security and software design experience, and is the architect, designer and original developer of DataMotion's managed information delivery platform. In his role as CTO at DataMotion he is responsible for keeping DataMotion technology on the cutting edge, while his ongoing communications with customers ensure that the products are easy to use and manage. In 1999 he co-founded DataMotion, and in 2004 he received a fundamental patent for ‘dynamic creation of recipient accounts upon receiving a message.’ Previously, Bob was co-founder of Safetynet, and served as architect and developer of their award-winning suite of data security products. He has worked closely with evolving security standards including the NSA Rainbow Series, FIPS and Common Criteria. Bob holds a BS in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University.


Laus Abdo

Laus Abdo, age 50. Laus has an extensive background in commercial real estate and finance and founded Abdo Global Partners, Inc. in 1993. Laus leads the financial advisory firm, with a focus on the commercial real estate market in the area of distressed financial assets, and traditional acquisition and development. AGP advises companies, lenders and investors in asset acquisition, disposition, restructurings, private placements and similar corporate finance matters. Laus is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received a degree in Finance. Laus is actively engaged in giving back to the community and serves on non-profit advisory boards. He resides in Las Vegas with his wife and two children.
