About Us

Founded in 2009, privately held Optima Credentialing Inc. is an innovative software developer, operator, and owner of the OPTIMA Virtual Credentialing Office.

Principal operations began in 2009, with services provided in all aspects of licensing, credentialing, and CVO services. Our clients include teaching facilities, hospitals, self funded health plans, locums groups, international recruiting firms, hospital-employed physician groups and private practice providers, from across the country.

OPTIMA’s credentialers actively manage the credentialing process in coordination with the document processing team based on OPTIMA’s proprietary Virtual Office. The Company provides a robust reporting package that measures employee performance through an RVU-based productivity model for each of our clients in all aspects of our processes. The data repository center is secured in an off-site colocation facility with redundant back up, while providing 24/7 web based access for all clients to review and manage their documents, files, and reports.

OPTIMA has a proven track record of successful credentialing, licensing, and CVO solutions achieved through extensive industry knowledge, an experienced leadership team, and a commitment to exceeding the needs of our clients. OPTIMA provides high level encryption security and maintains regularly scheduled ongoing privacy and security audits which are geared towards healthcare regulatory compliance, NCQA and Joint Commission Standards and requirements, and state/federal laws.
